It’s common to feel alone even when you’re surrounded by several people. You may not want to burden them when they have their own personal burdens. You may feel as though no one will truly understand what you are going through. So instead of asking for help, you fake it until you make it.

You hide your burdens with a smile every single day. Your mind and body are exhausted. I want to help you. You did the hardest part. It takes an unbelievable amount of courage to acknowledge the things you may be struggling with or may be too heavy to carry on your own. It takes an unbelievable amount of strength to do something about it.

I want you to feel heard, validated, and accepted. Talk to me for unbiased and nonjudgmental help. This time and space is for you and only you. I cannot wait to meet you.
